This is a good idea but I was looking forward to giving more flexibility and complete open access to users for modifying their script frontend by introducing a good opensource drag and drop web builder. So they can add and remove any content anywhere at any position at the frontend and save their design as a template file which can be selected from the admin panel again. It will come with one template design premade.

ETA still not finalized as this task still on planned. Once it moves to Inprogress, EST time will get assigned. There are many system complications based on how we approach them. Where future developments of features need to be considered also on this new design. So I am designing the system structure at present with a new design. Before starting actual development on this. One pagebuilder I am currently looking into is this one: https://www.phpagebuilder.com/ but it also does not works with PHP versions below than 7 which is down side on script side. Unless I plan to remove support on PHP 5.6.

Thanks for to let me know about your great vision and planning. I recommend the following steps before taking a decision to remove support on php 5.6:
1- Check first how many users currently using PHP 5.6 with your new script
2- if they are less than 5% you can do it and support the 5% users to migrate to avoid tickets problems
3- If they are more than 5% you may customize that script to match php 5.6 or you can find HTML or PHP builder on codecanyon to integrate with, and I may support with it if you have some specs to provide me
