Free mail accounts must be marked as "free accounts"

Ive noticed only gmail is marked as free mail and sometimes yahoo. I think its important that all free mail should be marked as free accounts. Such as gamil, yahoo, hotmail, yahoo, outlook, icloud and im sure there is more. If this is not marked properly its hard to segment the data properly.
