Ability to add unique USERS/accounts to Self-Hosted

Would be worth PAYING EXTRA for an extention or add-on that would allow for mutliple users with unique lists for just them. Add STRIPE payment add-on as 2nd extention? All of this would be worth additional charges. Please think about it?
